Our residential construction is in high demand in the Mid-Atlantic region. We founded the company based on our renovation capabilities and expanded to multi-unit ground up construction and single family custom homes. We have built or renovated well over one hundred homes, and have worked with new building technologies such as modular (pre-fab) home installation and construction, LEED certification, ICF foundations, solar panels and many other new technologies.

We have close partnerships with residential materials suppliers and appliance distributors. These relationships allow us to deliver higher quality homes for the same or better cost as other builders.

While luxury urban in-fill construction in Baltimore has been our main focus, we are now working throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Hawkeye Construction was a founding member of the Baltimore NARI chapter. We are also proud members of NAHB, The Remodelers Council and HBAM.
