Project Manager-
Job duties: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors. Inspect work of subcontractors. Make material lists, meet with inspectors. Fill out field reports on job conditions, progress, etc. Good communication skills required. Must have experience in supervising new construction or renovation work.
Trim Carpenter-
Job duties: Install trim work and cabinets, punch list work. Must be able to install crown moulding. Must have experience and ability to work unsupervised. Valid drivers license required.
