Founded in 1999, Hawkeye Construction began as a small company renovating townhouses in South Baltimore.
Since then it has expanded into commercial construction, renovations, and real estate development. Hawkeye has successfully
completed over 150 renovation and construction projects in locations throughout Maryland and Iowa. The scope
of projects range from kitchen/bath renovations to multi unit residential home projects and ground-up commercial construction. Hawkeye's partnerships
with suppliers, architects and the highest quality subcontractors ensure projects exceed expectations, and remain within the budget of the project.
About Andy Todtz, Partner
Andy has been involved in commercial and residential construction for more than three decades.
Beginning with after-school and summer construction jobs in Iowa, he learned apartment maintenance,
concrete and road construction, chemical plant insulation. Upon receiving his MBA from the University of Iowa,
he became the office manager and management trainer for Menard's -- one of the largest home improvement chains in the US. He founded Hawkeye Construction in 1999 with Chris,
his former college roommate. Andy's primary role at Hawkeye is managing operations and business development.
About Chris Ronnebaum, Partner
After attending the University of Iowa, Chris was a partner in MEP Construction, specializing in pole barns and spec homes in Iowa. He also has extensive experience in real
estate appraisals.
Since forming Hawkeye Construction with Andy, Chris focuses on project management of renovation and new construction projects throughout the greater Baltimore area.
